Ashleigh John
Irish Dancer/Co-founder
Ashleigh John is a world-class Irish dancer and choreographer whose career has taken her from championship stages to international theatre tours. Originally from New Zealand, Ashleigh is a multiple New Zealand National Champion and a World Championship recall medal holder, achievements that reflect her dedication and artistry in the sport of Irish dance.
Her professional career has seen her perform around the globe with renowned productions including Danceperados of Ireland, Rhythms of Ireland, and Celtic Rhythms of Ireland, as well as serving as a resident dancer with The Irish House Party in Dublin.
In 2017, Ashleigh became a qualified Irish Dance Teacher, sharing her expertise with the next generation of dancers. She is the co-founder of Éire Dance Company, where she continues to combine her competitive experience, stage presence, and passion for storytelling through dance to bring audiences an unforgettable celebration of Irish culture.

Conor Martin
Bodhrán/Co-founder
Conor Martin is an award-winning bodhrán player celebrated for his rhythmic precision, expressive style, and ability to bring Irish music to life on stage. A native of Ireland, Conor was crowned All-Ireland Bodhrán Champion in 2013, marking him as one of the leading percussionists in traditional Irish music.
He has performed extensively around the world as a resident musician at Raglan Road in Disney World, Florida, O’Malley’s Irish Pub aboard Princess Cruise Lines, and The Irish House Party in Dublin. Conor has also toured internationally with the acclaimed Danceperados of Ireland, an Irish dance and music show that showcases the powerful connection between live rhythm and choreography.
Combining his deep musical heritage with his passion for performance, Conor co-founded Éire Dance Company with his wife, Irish dancer Ashleigh John, to share authentic Irish culture through world-class music and dance.
